As part of its bidding process for the final evaluation of the ‘Sustainable and Inclusive Growth in Kosovo (KSV/023)’ project, ACK International is seeking an Innovation, Private Sector Development & Grant Schemes Specialist with demonstrated experience in assessing MSME support mechanisms and innovation funds.

Expérience requise

Qualifications, experience, and professional skills

– Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Development Studies, Public Policy, or a related field ;

– Minimum eight years of professional experience (at least three references) in private sector development, innovation policy, entrepreneurship support, SME competitiveness, or financial/grant instruments ;

-Demonstrated experience with the design, implementation, or evaluation of innovation funds, grant schemes, challenge funds, or MSME support programmes (at least two references)

– Participation in at least five evaluations of interventions aimed at the private sector (development projects/programmes, policy instruments, or donor-funded projects)

– Prior experience in different countries with similar context to Kosovo is highly desirable

– Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
